Standard Rate Policy
According to our Standard Rate Policy, we will charge the guest anytime after made reservation and it is non-refundable.

Late Check-Out Policy
After 12:00 p.m. we will count RM 31.80 ( included 6% GST) per hour and it is according to availability.

Reservation Procedures
♣ The Tour Operator will direct all FIT and GIT reservations to the hotel’s reservation department or through its approved sales office.
♣ Reservations can be made through the telephone but must subsequently be followed by fax or letter or mail.
♣ All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.
♣ Unless flight details are advised, the hotel reserves the right to hold reservations till 1800 hours on the arrival date.
♣ A sample of the Official Tour Operator’s Voucher must be sent to the hotel for reference.
♣ The hotel reserves the right to release rooms should no payment is received within the stipulated deadline for each booking.

Check In / Check Out Time
♣ Check in time: 1500 hours
♣ Check out time: 1200 hours
♣ Paradise Spa Hotel check-in time at 3:00 PM and check-out time at 12:00 PM. Guest that request for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in. (An additional fee of RM 31.80 inclusive of 6% GST is payable for guaranteed late check-out).
♣ Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including but not limited to, late check-out fees and extra nights’ charges being applied to your bill.

Cancellation Charges
♣ All confirmed bookings are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
♣ No-show guest will be charged 100% of total cost.

Terms of Payment
♣ Non-refundable payment in full is required upon confirmation.
♣ Payments can be made by DIRECT BANK-IN.
♣ All payment is non-refundable.

Exchange Rate
♣ For non-Malaysian, rates quoted and confirmed in non-local currencies will be converted to local currency by the Property at your time of payment, based on the exchange rate used by the Property and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
♣ Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions and fees by banks or credit card companies at the time of processing of monthly statements, which are not within the Property control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.

Force Majeure
♣ We are not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Property. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fire and explosions.
♣ The operator accepts no liability for any losses injury, illness, accident, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.

Our collection of Personal Information
The term “personal data” in this PDPA Policy refers to personal information which is capable of identifying you as an individual. You can visit our website without providing any personal data or information. When we need to collect personal data from you to provide you with a particular service, we will ask you to voluntarily supply us with the information we need. Consequences of Refusal / Failure to Provide Personal Data
The Personal Data provided to us are wholly voluntary in nature. However, should your refusal or failure to provide the Personal Data results in the following, we shall not be held liable for any of the consequences arising therefrom:
1. the inability of parties to formalize and/or carry out the relevant agreement or transaction in relation to our product and/or services;
2. the inability for us to provide you with the information, notices, services and/or products requested;
